Anthony is the Managing Partner of O'Halloran Deal.
He specialises in business, commercial litigation, insolvency and trade practices law. Prior to founding O'Halloran Deal, Anthony gained extensive experience from 1990 working in Sydney CBD firms such as Norton Smith & Co and Coudert Brothers.
Anthony has spent time abroad in Brunei and France where he advised the Government of Brunei Darussalam in relation to debt restructuring and other commercial and insolvency matters in South East Asia and Europe.
Raised in Temora, Anthony returned to the Riverina with his family in 2005 to establish O'Halloran Deal.
Anthony's recent notable experience includes:
- acting on the syndicated refinance of a $25million facility through private equity financier;
- acting on the acquisition of waste oil refinery;
- advising client in relation to lease and supply arrangements in respect of $50 million industrial project;
- advising large local client (turnover in excess of $100 million per annum) on credit control and general commercial disputes;
- conducting due diligence on proposed offshore investment bank;
- advising and acting for liquidators on recovery actions;
- acting for growers and traders in relation to GTA (NACMA) Arbitrations;
- acting for a client in relation to a large rural lease dispute.
With over 10 years of private practice experience and 2 years advising the Government of Brunei, Anthony has the following memberships:

He has delivered papers on GTA Arbitrations to the NSW Rural Issues Conference and to GTA Corporate Governance Workshops.
Anthony is admitted to practice as solicitor and barrister in NSW and is admitted to the High Court of Australia.
