O'Halloran Deal's 2009 Seminars
Throughout 2009 O'Halloran Deal Lawyers will be hosting seminars for Accountants, Financial Planners and Bankers. The aim of the seminars is to bring to the attention of clients' professional advisers and bankers relevant changes to the law and to highlight avoidable problems that frequently arise in clients' affairs. Attendees are welcome to bring clients to seminars where they believe the client may benefit.
In March, April, May, June, August and September the seminars addressed Rural Succession Planning, Testamentary Trusts, Business Succession Planning, Commercial Disputes, Employment Law Changes, OHS Issues and Water transactions and issues relating to the regulation of water trading.
